  Ahhh Dagnabbit

  well afyer two months i get a message from an elder wanting to go out in service a few nights a week and to hang out more....i must now be labelled in the spiritually weak and reach out to group in my hall.

  my hall is very nice and so are the people but dagnabbit i hate small towns.... i wonder if i should say no or just nite the bullet on behalf of our fade...hmm decisions.

  i really can't wrap my head around how people can still consider god loving with such atrocious biblical accounts such as, 1 samuel 15, (god ordering the slaughter of amelikite baby's and children) 2nd kings 2, forgot the verses (god sending bears to maul 42 children) and many others.have you ever asked a witness or anyone elsewhat they think about these accounts?

  what was their response?

  i'd love to ask one, but unfortunately i'm still physically in the cult and i wouldn't want to raise any suspicions.

  So save the virgins, kill the lads? Why not just kill the source of the cultist brainwashers? Nope not good enough! Eradicate them all and be done with it, but save the girls for sure ;-)...Wipe them out before they commit anything, yet we are all sinners and imperfect. Its like an ancient minority report where we stop the crime before it happens! Surely the great Lord God couldve come up with a more "intelligent" (after all, he created us right?) intervention since hes so loving and all.

  Ps i really like the way Perry gives answers that are untestable scientifically...like "or, it suggests an intelligent designer".

  But if God created all things just so, the Bibles in shambles mate. Dinosaurs, cruelty to animals and children, global flood, four corners of the earth, earth is round (not a sphere?).....need i keep going?

  Improving your memory

  i have never had teaching on memory, i have never really had any advice given to me on memory, but i think it is something we would all benefit from knowing, even at a young age.

  as we know how our brains make connections now, it seems a missed resource that they don't overtly teach memory methods in school to suit our anatomy and physiology.. anyway, for those that are interested in discussing it and have sought out your own methods, i am interested to hear them!!!.

  everyone has slightly different memorising techniques, i am a very visual learner and i have a very visual memory.

  the borg expect people to spend every waking moment (pooping and peeing excepted) "workin for the man", in fs, meetings, personal study, praying, meditating on gb's infallibility, kh working bees, erecting statues of gb in the back garden etc etc.

  so between work, school, erands, shopping, home maintenance, mowing lawns etc most would agree that doesn't leave you much time.. question.. if genesis account is to be believed then god provided adam and eve with some skins to cover themselves with, but nothing else.. everything else he expected them to do for themselves.

  that would have included long days of backbreaking work planting crops, finding shelter so on and so forth.. with no mod cons it would have taken all their time just to do basic things.
